Hastings Mill produces and supplies high quality animal feeds and only the best of products at competitive prices tailored to individual requirements. We produce and supply a wide range of animal feedstuffs for the agricultural industry including for Beef/Cattle, Dairy, Sheep, Pig, Poultry, Horse, Goats and Pets.

Beef/Cattle, Dairy and Sheep are available in ration form and nuts, in bags/bulk for collection or delivery.

Beef/Cattle

Hastings Mill has a very strong presence in supplying both beef rations and nuts to farmers in the Midlands. We produce beef feeds that deliver excellent weight gains, using only the finest quality traceable ingredients such as Irish Barley, Maize, Soya Bean, Field Beans, Distillers Grains, Soya Hulls and Pulp Nuts, giving maximum feed conversion efficiency. We have a wide selection of beef feeds to suit all stages of production from the early growing stage right up to finishing stage. Our Bull Beef Ration is recognised for high-performance in finishing animals and is today our No. 1 best seller.

Our rations are formulated at each stage of the growth phase in order to promote good growth rates, strong bone formation and good health. Special attention is given to vitamin and mineral supplementation to enhance the ability of the young calf and maintain the healthy growth rate required. We have the ability to produce rations to farmers own spec.

Dairy

Our dairy feeds are produced using the finest traceable ingredients, using Irish Barley, Maize and Soya as our main ingredients to ensure a healthy and profitable cow and a sustainable and profitable dairy enterprise for the farmer.

Sheep & Goats

Hastings Mill uses only quality traceable ingredients, mainly native Barley, Soya Bean and Oats, in our diets formulated to suit the pregnant/mothering ewe to highly palatable feeds for their growing lambs, maximising a viable and profitable enterprise for the sheep farmer.

We also manufacture Goat Feed suitable for the milking goat.

John Hastings & Sons Ltd stock a wide range of Mollassed Licks for both Sheep and Cattle. We also supply a range of milk replacers, including Maverick and Dairy.

Pig, Horse, Poultry and Dog feeds are also available for purchase.
